Job Description

Experienced Painter / Sprayer — DeWils Industries, Inc. | Vancouver, WA | Full-Time

Join a Team That Builds Things to Last

DeWils has been crafting custom cabinetry in the Pacific Northwest for over 65 years. We're a family-owned company that still feels like one — where your work matters, your name is known, and quality is never an afterthought. If you take pride in a flawless finish and want to build a career (not just clock in), we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Spray finishes on custom cabinet components with precision and consistency
• Prep, sand, and stain/paint surfaces to meet exacting quality standards
• Work in our paint department alongside a skilled, tight-knit crew
• Maintain a clean, safe spray booth and follow all safety protocols
• Catch issues before they leave your station — quality is on all of us

What You Bring

• Required: Hands-on spraying experience (residential or commercial)
• Ideal: Cabinet or fine woodworking finishing experience
• A sharp eye for detail and consistency
• Reliability — your team depends on you showing up and following through
• A willingness to learn our systems and help others learn theirs

What We Value

At DeWils, how we work matters as much as what we build:

• Accountability — own your work and your results
• Integrity — do the right thing, especially when no one's watching
• Teamwork — we succeed because we help each other
• Quality — built to last, every single piece
• Respect — treat every person on this floor like they matter, because they do

Why DeWils

• Starting pay: $24.10/hr
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
• AFLAC supplemental insurance
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
• Holiday pay
• PTO
• Stable, growing local company — not a big-box factory
• Real opportunity to grow your skills and your career

Ready to bring your craft to a team that'll notice it? Apply today.

Over sixty years ago, our family started building custom cabinets by hand, valuing every detail, using quality materials, and treating each cabinet as if it were going in our family’s home. Those values have been passed down from generation to generation, and we have seen our family’s small business turn into a company built on exceptional quality and the promise to go above and beyond. That’s how our family has been raised, and that’s what has made DeWils product the finest that custom cabinetry has to offer. We have honored our family’s passion and unwavering desire for perfection with our commitment to craftsmanship. As the company has grown, so has our product line. Today we offer more styles, wood choices, and an ever-growing array of finish options. We combine the craftsmanship of yesterday with the technologies of today and the durability to last for the generations of tomorrow. The next 60 years will undoubtedly see just as many changes as the product continues to evolve. And we’ll keep striving for perfection along the way. You could say, it’s a family promise.
