The position requires board certification in Hematology/Oncology (preferred) or Board Eligible status, with ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with call coverage during the day and at night. Documentation must be maintained through EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
