DescriptionPosition at Pilgrim'sLive Operations CoordinatorAt Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.We have implemented safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparing company farm and grower payroll weeklyDaily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAPCommunication between department manager, service techs, farms, internal and external customersRecord keeping and filing of confidential materialsAssist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveriesMaintain farmer/grower information and update as neededMaintain monthly and annual placement schedulesOther duties as assignedBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years related experienceMust have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Experience in SAP is preferredMust be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environmentMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessaryMust be organized and detail mindedMust have customer service skillsConfidentiality a mustEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of college preferredThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
