Job Description:


- Are you ready to elevate your career in a dynamic healthcare environment?
- We're looking for compassionate and skilled professionals with:
- 2 Years of Experience in Acute Care/Med Surg Settings
- A Compact License to practice
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care

- Schedule:
- Day shifts: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with a willingness to cover some weekends
- Expectation to work 1 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)

- Requirements:
- Previous charge experience (not required)
- Charting experience in Epic
- Certifications: BLS, LMSW*, MSW
- Knowledge of various medical and psychosocial issues including but not limited to:
- Care coordination
- Discharge planning
- Case management
- Familiarity with community resources and services

- Additional Information:
- Work in a supportive interdisciplinary team with services like:
- Interpretation Services
- Rapid Response Teams
- Patient demographics include infants, adults, and geriatrics
- Daily patient census: 18-20 patients

- Travel Requirements:
- Before submission, confirm if you've worked at any affiliated facilities as a permanent employee, travel contract, or registry/per-diem.
