Responsibilities include building and modifying scheduling decision trees, referral routing logic, clinical review and triage workflows, work queue processes, open scheduling readiness, and priority-based scheduling pathways. The role is a 50/50 split between analysis and build work, requiring the analyst to review workflow documentation, understand complex scheduling requirements, and translate those requirements into scalable decision tree configurations.
