Job Description
We sell and install quality countertops through Costco. Every weekend, we set up a booth at a different Costco location throughout San Diego County and speak with Members who are interested in upgrading their countertops. Your role will be to engage with Members, explain our countertop services, and generate qualified leads that can be scheduled for appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Represent California Countertop, Inc. professionally at Costco locations
* Approach and engage Members in a friendly, confident manner
* Give a brief description of our countertop products and services
* Identify Members who may be interested in a countertop project
* Collect accurate customer information and project details
* Generate qualified leads and help schedule appointments.
* Travel to different Costco locations throughout San Diego County
* Follow company guidelines and Costco policies
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public
* Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different Costco locations in the county of San Diego.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or lead-generation experience is a plus but not required.
* Countertop, remodeling, or home-improvement experience is helpful but not required
